| Abstract: | It is important to know the diversity and evolution of CYP6 family in insects in respect to understand the molecular biological mechanism about the occurrence and development of cytochrome P450 mediated insecticide resistance. In this review,the diversity of CYP6 family in insects and the formed reasons, the natural evolutional history, the internal evolutional relationship and the evolutional molecular mechanism of CYP6 family in insects were summarized. |
