Abstract:A panel of 22 monoclonal antibodies was produced against porcine relaxin. Antibodies were shown to be specific for porcine relaxin and appeared to recognize antigenic determinants associated with at least two different areas of the molecular surface, one of which was the N-terminal region of the A chain.
