Identification of phosphatidyl-1-aminopropane-2-ol in rat liver after administration of 1-aminopropane-2-ol |

| Abstract: | Phosphatidyl-1-aminopropane-2-ol has been detected in rat liver after intraperitoneal administration of 1-aminopropane-2-ol hydrochloride. The new glycerophospholipid was chromatographically identified by comparison with chemically and enzymatically synthesized phosphatidyl-1-aminopropane-2-ol and by gas-liquid chromatography of the polar group as trifluoroacetyl derivative. |
