| 摘 要： | 拟南芥AGAMOUS基因(AG基因)是重要的植物花发育调控基因。本文主要对AG基因的结构、功能以及同源基因的分离和AG基因的表达调控等方面的研究进展进行了综述,并对AG基因研究中存在的问题和研究方向进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The AGAMOUS gene isolated from Arabidopsis thaliana is required by stamen and carpel determination of flower.The structure,function of AGAMOUS gene and its homologues in other species as well as its expression regulation are reviewed in this paper.Finally,the problem and research points of AG gene are discussed. |
