| 摘 要： | 透明质酸(hyaluronic acid,HA)是一种高分子量的直链酸性粘多糖。由于其具有特殊的生理作用、独特的流变学性质和极强的持水保湿能力,在化妆品工业、医学研究、临床治疗等领域有着广泛的应用。概述了透明质酸的制备及其在化妆品、保健食品和医药方面的应用研究进展。

| Abstract: | Hyaluronic acid(HA) is a kind of straight chain mucopolysaccharide with high molecular weight.Because of its special physiological role,extraordinary rheological character,and extremely strong water holding and moisture-retaining capability,it has broad application in cosmetic industry,medical research,clinical therapy,and other fields.Advance in preparation of it and the application in cosmetics,nutraceuticals,medicines,and other aspects are outlined in this paper. |
