| Abstract: | A number of novel 3'-O-acyl and alkyl sordarins were synthesised for structure-activity relationship studies. Many of these derivatives exhibit high activity against Candida albicans, Candida pseudotropicalis, Candida tropicalis and Cryptococcus neoformans. |
