| 摘 要： | 采用SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳银染色的方法,对58例肺癌患者和32例肺结核患者的血清蛋白进行比较分析,发现有五种特异蛋白,分别存在于A区、C区、F区和G区。肺癌组和肺结核组比较,存在极显著性差异(P<0.01),提示有早期诊断肺癌的价值,有可能成为临床诊断肺癌的一个重要参考指标。

| Abstract: | Compare the result of serum protein polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis silver stain method of 58 ases of lung cancer and 32 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis,We find that 5 kinds of specifie protein are present separately in the zone of A. C. F. and G. he differencl in very significant at the 0. 01 level between the a-bore cases of lung cancer will be valuabel in early diagnosis of pulmonary cancer, and may be becomed as animportant biagnosis reference index in lung cancer. |
