Abstract:Multiple abnormalities were observed in testicular, epididynal and ejaculated spermatozoa from two bulls. These included acrosomal knobbing, incomplete nuclear condensation and coiled tails. The first two defects are considered to be characteristic of emmission of immature sperm, while the last may be a reflection of the effect of a changing osmotic environment on inherently susceptible cells.
