| Abstract: | The COP9 signalosome is a multiprotein complex somewhat similar to the lid component of the 26S proteasome. Recent studies suggest that it regulates the stability of proteins by interfering with the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway via deneddylation and phosphorylation. |
