| 摘 要： | 以小鼠垂体蛋白质为材料，用固相ｐＨ梯度等电聚焦和ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ获得蛋白质组双向凝胶电泳 图谱。以已知等电点和相对分子质量的外标和内标做为参照物，经过ＰＤＱＵＥＳＴ软件对凝胶图像进行计算机分析，获得了小鼠垂体蛋白质组的等电点、相对分子质量和相对含量等参数。

| Abstract: | Employing isoetectric focusing on immobilized pH gradients followed by SDSPAGE,a silver stained 2D-gel of mouse hypophysis was obtained. The image of the 2D-gel was processed by computer. The protein spots were detected and quantificated by the PI)QUEST software from Bio-rad Inc. The pi and M, of the proteins on the gel were cali brated according to the pi and M, of the inner standard proteins. The results provide a basis for the further identification of the protein spots on the 2D-gel of the mouse hypophysis. |
