| 摘 要： | 微生态演替是指正常微生物群,在自然和人工因素影响下,在机体解剖部位的生态空间中的发生、发展和消亡的过程。它可以分为初级演替、次级演替以及生理性演替。在人体呼吸道内,正常菌群无时不刻地进行着演替,这一过程使得呼吸系统微生态形成了动态平衡。呼吸道各类型演替过程对于临床疾病治疗都有着重要的意义,并受到越来越多的关注。本文对近年来呼吸系统微生态各类演替过程的研究进展进行了综述。
