Abstract: | From a low-salt solution, d(CpGpCpG) crystallizes in space group P6122 with . From a high-salt solution, d(CpGpCpG) crystallizes in space group , , and . The transition between these two forms appears to be fully reversible in the crystalline state. Native data sets have been collected and Patterson maps calculated from both low and high-salt crystals in preparation for structure analysis. |
