白细胞介素16的研究进展

摘    要:作为白细胞介素家族中的一名新成员,IL-16有其独特的生物学功能,诱导人CD4~ T细胞、单核细胞和嗜酸性细胞迁移;通过CD4~ 受体与T细胞结合,诱导人CD4~ 淋巴细胞、单核细胞的IL-2R、HLA-DR表达;影响蛋白激酶C的分布;抑制CD3依赖淋巴细胞的活化和增殖;抑制HIV、SIV复制;作为炎症前期一种可溶性介质促进与介导多发性硬化症脱髓鞘作用的炎症反应。IL-16的发现,无疑为寻找新的抗艾滋病新药和疫苗提供了新的途径和新的希望。

Abstract:As a new member of interleuklns, IL-16 is characterized by its pecular biologic activities as follows; 1. to induce the migration of human CD4 T cells, monocytes and eosinophils; 2. to bind to T-cells via CD4 receptors; 3. to induce HLA-DR and IL-2 receptor expression; 4. to have an effect on protein kinase C's distribution; 5. to inhibit HIV and SIV replication in infected PBMCs; 6. to inhibit CD3-dependent lymphocyte activation and proliferations 7. to promote and mediate the inflammatory response in multiple sclerosis demyelination as an important source of proin-flammatory soluble mediators. Its finding undoubtedly suggests in a new way and a new hope for seeking new drogs and vaccines against AIDS.
