| 摘 要： | LIGHT／TNFSF14是肿瘤坏死因子超家族第14个成员，能够与HVEM和LTβSR结合，调节免疫系统功能，并参与多种生理病理过程。近年来大量研究表明，LIGHT及其信号通路与多种自身免疫病、移植物抗宿主病、病原体感染以及肿瘤的发生发展有密切关系。就目前知道的LIGHT在各种疾病中的作用综述。

| Abstract: | LIGHT/TNFSF14 is a new member of the tumor necrosis factor （TNF ） superfamily, which can regulate the function of immune system through binding with herpesvirus entry mediator （HVEM） and lymphotoxinβ receptor （LTβR）. Abundant studies revealed that LIGHT and its signal pathway participates in many aspects of pathologic processes, such as autoimmune diseases, graft versus host disease （ GVHD ） , pathogen infection and tumorigenesis. Here the complicate roles of LIGHT involved in various diseases were summarized. |
