酪酸梭菌活菌散与蒙脱石散间隔应用治疗小儿迁延性腹泻62例临床研究

目的观察酪酸梭菌活菌散与蒙脱石散间隔应用治疗小儿迁延性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将124例迁延性腹泻患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在服用蒙脱石散2 h后服用酪酸梭菌活菌散,对照组在服用蒙脱石散2 h后服用复方胃蛋白酶散。结果观察组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为72.58%,2组间差异具有显著统计学意义(P0.01)。结论酪酸梭菌活菌散与蒙脱石散间隔应用治疗小儿迁延性腹泻疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clostridium butyricum powder with Montmorillonite powder at regular intervals in treatment of protracted diarrhea in infants

Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy of Clostridium butyricum powder with Montmorillonite powder at regular intervals in treatment of protracted diarrhea in infants.Method One hundred and twenty-four infants with protracted diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups,62 infants as the observation group,the other 62 infants as the control group.Montmorillonite powder was administered at doses of 1.5～3.0 g three times a day,and two hours afterwards Clostridium butyricum powder was administered at doses of 0.5 g three times a day,for five to ten days,in observation group.Montmorillonite powder and Compound Pepsin powder were only used in control group.Clinical effect and untoward effect were observed.Result Effectiveness rate in the observation group was more than that in control group with statistical significance（P〈0.01）;total effectiveness rate was 100% and 72.58% respectively.Adverse reaction was not found.Conclusion Clostridium butyricum powder with Montmorillonite powder at regular intervals is a safe and effective method to treat protracted diarrhea in Infants.
