| Abstract: | An acid-resistant trypsin inhibitor was released from goat serum inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor and isolated by affinity chromatography. The primary structure of the inhibitor was established and the inhibitory properties were estimated. The inhibitor designed gIK-14 was characterized as a serine proteinase inhibitor from the family of the double-headed Kunitz-type inhibitors as suggested. |
