痤疮的中医药治疗现状

痤疮亦称寻常型痤疮,是一种青春期常见的毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症,归属中医"粉刺、酒刺、粉花疮、肺风粉刺"范畴。本文从中医治疗、中西医结合治疗、外治3个方面综述了近年来痤疮的治疗情况。中医主要以清泄肺胃、疏肝滋阴等为法,从根本上进行调理,中西医结合疗法、外治法亦对痤疮有明显作用,三者在临床上取得了较好的疗效,由于痤疮的病因繁多,病机多样,个体差异较大,故临床上应根据不同情况采用不同的方法来治疗。
