运动迟缓型便秘结肠壁内5-羟色胺和P物质的免疫组织化学研究

摘    要:应用5-羟色胺(5-HT)和P物质(SP)免疫组化方法,对10例运动迟缓型便秘患降结肠、乙状结肠和8例“正常对照”组结肠进行观察,结果发现结肠粘膜下5-HT阳性细胞明显增多,而肠肌间神经丛5-HT增加不明显,SP阳性细胞减少,提示运动迟缓型便秘肠神经系统5-HT和SP免疫反应的异常变化,可能是结肠迟缓性便秘的神经病理基础。

Abstract:Using immunohistochemical method, SP and 5 HT immunoreactive products were observed in the descending colon and sigmoid colon of 10 patients with delayed motor constipation and in the control group of 8 normal subjects The 5 HT positive cells obviously increased in the submucous along with a non significant increase in the active nerve cells of 5 HT in the intermuscular nerve plexus The SP positive cells were also significantly reduced These findings suggest that the abnormal changes in the 5 HT and SP immunoreaction of the intestinal nervous system could be the neuropathological basis for the delayed motor constipation of colon
