| 摘 要： | 应用5－羟色胺（5－HT）和P物质（SP）免疫组化方法，对10例运动迟缓型便秘患降结肠、乙状结肠和8例“正常对照”组结肠进行观察，结果发现结肠粘膜下5－HT阳性细胞明显增多，而肠肌间神经丛5－HT增加不明显，SP阳性细胞减少，提示运动迟缓型便秘肠神经系统5－HT和SP免疫反应的异常变化，可能是结肠迟缓性便秘的神经病理基础。

| Abstract: | Using immunohistochemical method, SP and 5 HT immunoreactive products were observed in the descending colon and sigmoid colon of 10 patients with delayed motor constipation and in the control group of 8 normal subjects The 5 HT positive cells obviously increased in the submucous along with a non significant increase in the active nerve cells of 5 HT in the intermuscular nerve plexus The SP positive cells were also significantly reduced These findings suggest that the abnormal changes in the 5 HT and SP immunoreaction of the intestinal nervous system could be the neuropathological basis for the delayed motor constipation of colon |
