摘    要:本文用Hela229细胞培养与单克隆抗体免疫荧光法对940例咽拭子及224例纤支镜取材标本进行肺炎衣原体分离鉴定。结果正常组、上呼吸道感染组、下呼吸道感染组、肺部肿瘤组的咽拭子标本分离率分别为0%(0/248),2.13%(10/468),2.1%(3/146),1.28%(1/78)。上呼吸道感染组和下呼吸道感染组的分离率均高于正常组和肺部肿瘤组。前二组与正常组的差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),与肿瘤组的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。下呼吸道感染组、肺部肿瘤组的纤支镜取材分离率分别为10.96%(

Abstract:There are several papers on the importnt role of chlamydia pneumonia(CPn)in theinfection of respiratory at abroad. But none of the papers reported the situation of CPn respiratoryinfection in our country. CPn has prove to be difficult to isolate and propagate in cell culture. Wedeveloped a method of isolation and detect CPn from the respiratory tract with cycloheeximidetreated Hela229 cell added centrifuged at 1800g and used a 24-well tissue cluster tray system. Allthese isolates were confirmeds as CPn by staining with a species specific monoclonal antibody.The isolation rates of CPn from the throat swabs samples from the normal groups( NG),upperrespiatory irifection groups(URIG ),lower respiatory infection Groups(LRIG) and the lungtumor groups(LTG)are 0%(0/248),2. 13%(10/486),21%(3/146),1.28%(1/78)respectively.The isolation positive rates of the respiratiry infection (RIG)are higher the NG andLTG. The difference between RIG and NG deing statistically significant (P<0. 05 ),and thedifference between the other groups have not significant(P>0.05). The isolateion rates of thebronchial swabs from LRIG and LTG are 10.96%(16/146),5. 13%(4/78) respectively. Thedifference being statistically no significant(P>0.05).The results suggest that CPn not only is aimportant cause of respiratory infection including the adults and the elderly persons , but also befound in the respiratory tract of the lung tumor patiens.
