常规腹部立位平片漏诊膈下游离气体原因分析及技术改进

目的:探讨ICU困难气管插管患者行纤维支气管镜引导下经鼻气管插管方法及护理配合。方法:对我院ICU51例采用丙泊酚镇静配合经鼻气管插管患者的临床资料进行分析,分别记录患者的心率(HR)、血压,脉搏,血氧饱和度(SpO2),观察患者配合情况和鼻腔出血情况。结果:所有患者均一次置管成功,成功率为100%,平均插管时间35s-75s,无心跳骤停和喉头水肿等严重并发症发生,患者配合佳,生命体征变化不犬,4例患者出现轻度鼻腔出血,予稀释后肾上腺素滴鼻后缓解。结论:气管插管的成功与专业医师的操作技巧密切相关外,充分的术前准备,熟练的术中配合,严密的术程观察是提高气管插管成功的重要保证。
