| Abstract: | By extending functional primers attached to a solid phase and incorporating a digoxigenin label, it is possible to visualise PCR products as discrete spots on specific regions of a solid support after colorimetric detection. The technique has been used for the detection of the point mutation associated with porcine malignant hyperthermia. |
