Abstract: | DNA from fungal mycelia can be inexpensively prepared in a microfuge tube scale.The small scale of the procedure described here makes it possible for one people to conveniently handle up to 60 samples in less than 5 hours and obtain l0~50g of DNA per sample,which is equal to the amount enought for several Southem hybridizations and 500~2500 PCR-based reactions. |
