Abstract: | In two patients, large but superficial partial-thickness resections of lateral upper lip have been repaired by composite island cutaneous flaps. Upper lip and nasolabial fold flaps, along with lateral vermilion, were advanced and closed in a V-Y manner leaving inconspicuous scars and no contour deformity. |
