线粒体损伤相关分子模式与创伤性败血症

摘    要:创伤性败血症由于不易早期诊断且病情发展较快,因而具有较高的死亡率,其机制至今尚未完全明确。某些创伤性败血症患者虽长时间应用多种抗生素,却得不到预期的治疗效果。可见,有其他因素在创伤性败血症中发挥作用。研究发现,线粒体损伤相关分子模式(damage-associated molecular pattern,DAMP)与创伤性败血症有关。本文就线粒体损伤相关分子模式与创伤性败血症的关系进行综述。

Abstract:Trauma sepsis has a high mortality because it cannot be easily diagnosed in the early time and the condition of the disease develops quickly.Until now the mechanism of the disease has not been very clear.Although some trauma sepsis patients use various antibiotics for a long time,expectant therapeutic effect can not be obtained.It is suggested that there are other factors that play a role in trauma sepsis.Investigations have discovered that there may be some relationship between mitochondria damage-associat...
