| Abstract: | The frog liver microsome glucose-6-phosphatase activity shows seasonal rhythm, being significatively higher in the winter than in summer. The latency and the sensibility to anionic detergent Deoxycholate is higher in the summer than in winter. During the summer a Km and epsilon Vmax decrease is observed. |
