| Abstract: | Androsace sarmentosa Wall. var. yunnanensis R. Knuth is placed in synonymy with A. sublanata Hand.‐Mazz. based on critical examinations of herbarium specimens and living plants. In addition, a lectotype is designated for A. sarmentosa var. yunnanensis. |
