| 摘 要： | 激光扫描共聚焦显微镜结合荧光探针以及荧光共振能量转移技术,已成为近年来应用在活细胞中研究大分子行为的一种非常有效的研究工具。本文介绍这一技术在激光照射诱导细胞凋亡的研究中的应用。

| Abstract: | Laser scanning confocal microscope combined with fluorescence probe and fluorescence resonance energy transfer techniques has become a very effective tool of researching the behavior of massive molecules in living cells.In this paper,the applications of these techniques in the research of apoptosis induced by laser irradiation was introduced. |
