| Abstract: | Non radioactive labeling technique is now widely accepted as a routine procedure in molecular biology researches. This report introduced our protocol of using DIG labeled DNA probes in Northern blot, which is sensitive enough to detect the light regulated expression of spinach rbcL gene. |
