| 摘 要： | 本文以自行制备的βP-LPH为原料,用焦碳酸二乙酯(DEPC)为修饰剂,对βP-LPH分子中的组氨酸进行化学修饰,井对修饰前、后的βp-LPH进行CD光谱测定、脂肪酸释放活性及免疫学活性测定。结果表明:修饰后的βP-LPH脂肪酸释放活性部分下降,而免疫学活性几乎完全丧失。

| Abstract: | Beta-lipolitic hormone (βp-LPH) was extracted from pigs and purified with acid acetone, CM-sephadex C-25 and Sephadex G-50. The histidine of βp-LPH was modified by diethylpyrocarbonate (DEPC) .The fatty acid released activity of modified βp-LPH was not much decreased, but its immunological reactivity with the specific antibody was much reduced. |
