| Abstract: | Three bacterial-specific RNA messengers, transcribed in vitro from phage ?80psu3 DNA, contain the nucleotide sequence corresponding to the tRNATyr gene carried by this phage. As there is only one copy of this gene in the phage genome, there are thought to be three promoter sites on the DNA template. |
