| Abstract: | Efficicnt method for in vitro sperm capacitation has been cstablished in laboratory after 16 experiments on giant panda's sperm capacitation and penetration.The results especially the success in screening the promoting sperm capacitation substances will provide reliable scientific reference in embryo transplantation of giant panda in the future. |
