| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝肺综合征的诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析2008年9月份以来我院收治的肝硬化病例基本符合诊断标准的肝肺综合征20例。结果17例患者好转（85%）,3例死亡（15%）。结论肝肺综合征是终末期肝病的一种严重并发症。本病发病率高,发病机制尚未清楚,治疗困难。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of hepatopulmonary syndrome(HPS). Method General status, clinical manifestations and laboratory findings of 40 patients with PBC were reviewed. Result The most frequently reported symptoms were acropachy, palmar erythema, spider angiomas, hepatic encephalopathy, enlarged portal vein and gastrointestinal bleeding. The presence of these symptom was associated with Child-Pugh scores. Conclusion HPS is a severe complication of End-stage liver disease. The treatment of HPS is very diffcult. |
