摘    要:采用大孔吸附树脂色谱法,以不同体积分数乙醇水溶液进行洗脱,分离富集穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯,并配以HPLC进行同步监控.结果表明,穿心莲中这2种主要有效成分分别得到了富集.40%乙醇水溶液洗去目标物以外的杂质后,45%乙醇洗脱液中富含穿心莲内酯,含量为46.99%,55%乙醇洗脱液中富含脱水穿心莲内酯,含量为79.74%.

Abstract:The optional elution conditions of macroporous adsorption resin for different diterpenoids in the ethanol extract of Andrographis paniculata were studied,and the process was monitored by HPLC.The result showed that two diterpenoids were enriched.After the impurities were abandoned in 40% ethanol aqueous solution,46.99% andrographolide was collected in 45% ethanol aqueous solution,and 14-deoxy-11,12-didehydroandrographolide was mainly enriched in 55% ethanol aqueous solution,in which the content of 14-deoxy-11,12-didehydroandrographolide was 79.74%.
