摘    要:紫外线是一种重要的环境因素,对人类日常生活起着广泛的影响效应。大量的非保护的日光暴露不仅可以导致皮肤炎症、过度老化甚至皮肤癌症的发生,而且还能够诱导多种细胞凋亡。鞘磷脂酶-神经酰胺信号通路的激活与细胞凋亡关系密切,本文旨在探讨该通路在介导紫外线诱导细胞凋亡中的地位,重点描述了第二信使神经酰胺代谢的研究进展、鞘磷脂酶通路参与紫外线诱导细胞凋亡的机制。深入了解和研究紫外线诱导细胞凋亡的过程及其相关信号转导途径,有助于指导紫外线辐射的防护,开发新的治疗策略。

Abstract:Ultraviolet (UV) light is an important environmental factor that has wide effects in daily life.Overexposure to UV light leads to skin inflammation,premature aging and ultimately cancer.In addition,UV radiation can induce apoptosis of various cells.Sphingomyelinase (SMase)-ceramide pathway is activated by UV radiation and is closely correlated to cellular apoptosis.In this review,we examine the role of SMase-ceramide pathway in mediating UV-induced cellular apoptosis.We highlight these major advances about ...
