胃良性病变不同部位粘膜肌形态改变及其意义

观察胃良性病变不同部位粘膜肌形态学改变及其意义。用目镜测微尺对不同部位的胃粘膜肌厚度进行测量，部分病例做网状纤维的VG染色。结果显示根据粘膜肌的形态学变化，把增厚之粘肌分作三个类型：即炎性增厚、肌性增厚和纤维性增厚，粘膜肌的改变与相应区的胃粘膜病变有关，结果表明粘膜肌的改变有三种类型，胃窦区的病变较体区重，粘膜的形态改变可能影响胃粘膜腺体的分泌，并有利于粘膜内癌向粘膜下侵犯。

THE STUDY OF MUSCULARIS MUCOSAE CHANGE AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE IN VARIED LOCATIONS OF STOMACH WITH BENIGN LESIONS

To investigate the muscularis mucosae change and its significance in varied locations of stomach with benign lesions, the thickness of muscularis mucosae was studied with morphologic and histochemical methods. Three kinds of muscularis mucosae changes,i.e., inflammatory thickness, muscular thickness and fibrous thickness were found and there was a close relationship between the muscularis mucosae changes and the mucosa membrane lesions of stomach. It was also found that muscularis mucosae changes in pyloric region were heavier than those in body region( P <0 01). It is concluded that these changes may influence the secretion of mucosa membrane and are beneficial to the invasion of carcinoma inside the mucosa membrane into the submucosa.
