| Abstract: | The toxicity of fluoride to brown trout fry (Salmo trutta) was tested using groups of 100 animals in tapwater containing 29 ppm calcium with sodium fluoride added. Resultts obtained were similar to published work on S. gairdnerii although, taking into account the ‘calcium effect’, it appears that the animals used in this investigation may be more sensitive. |
