| 摘 要： | 本文研究了8科35种伞菌孢子在光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜下的孢壁纹饰,提出伞菌孢子纹饰的一些基本类型,井澄清在光学显微镜下曾被误解的某些种类的孢子纹饰。

STUDIES ON THE SPORDERM ORNAMENTATIONS OF AGARICALES BY SEM |

| Abstract: | This paper describes some sporderm ornamentations of 8 families of Basidiompceres, including 35 species by LM and SEM. We have classified the sporderm ornamentations of Agaricales into the following categories: smooth, foveolate, reticulate, dcnticulately reticulate, grooved, vermiculate, granulate, verrucate, tuberculate, baeulate, spinate, rugulate and winged-ribbed types. SEM observations showed that the sporderm ornamentations of a few species which were described by some previous authors were misinterpreted by the aid of LM. Consequently, the features of the sporderm ornamentations for taxonomic and phylogenetic purposes of the Agaricales should be reconsidered. |
