| 摘 要： | 肌动蛋白是真核生物细胞中普遍存在的一种重要的蛋白质，在细胞的生命活动中起着重要的作用。花粉肌动蛋白参与花粉细胞的丝分裂，减数分裂，染色体运动及授精等重要的生命活动，本文介绍了花粉肌动蛋白的性质，分布，作用，研究方法，分子生物学等方面的研究进展。
