摘    要:蛋白激酶CK2(casein kinase 2,CK2)是一种高度保守的丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,广泛分布于真核细胞的胞质和胞核中。CK2可通过对其底物的磷酸化作用调制底物的生物学活性,从而参与细胞内多条重要的信号转导通路。越来越多的研究发现,在多种神经退行性疾病中CK2表达及活性异常,是其病理生理机制的重要一环,提示CK2有重要的研究意义,可能是某些神经退行性疾病潜在的治疗靶点。本文将对CK2在多种神经退行性疾病中病理生理作用以及CK2抑制剂、激动剂的最新研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Protein kinase CK2 is a highly conserved serine/threonine protein kinase,which is widely distributed in the cytoplasm and nucleus of eukaryotic cells.CK2 could modulate the biological activity of its substrates via phosphorylation,thus participating in many important cellular signal transduction pathways.More and more evidences have proved the abnormal expression and activity of CK2 in neurodegenerative diseases,and have demonstrated that CK2 may be one of the pathophysiological mechanisms,suggesting that CK2 is of great value to study and may be an effective new target for some neurodegenerative diseases.In the present review,we focused on the recent progress of CK2 in various neurodegenerative diseases and inhibitors and activators of CK2.
