Abstract: | In the Cat, after Falck and Hillarp method, all the fluorescent cells of the PI and the anterior lobe of adenohypophysis can be revealed with specific anti-sera to ACTH(1-24), ACTH(17-39), bovine beta-MSH and porcine beta-LPH. With the lead hematoxyline staining method, two types of cells are recognizable in the anterior lobe, in which the non hormonal constituents of the granules must be different. |
