| Abstract: | Treatment of PC12 cells with fibroblast growth factor(s) from either brain or pituitary caused neurite outgrowth comparable to that produced by nerve growth factor. The neurite outgrowth was preceded by a substantial rise in the activity of ornithine decarboxylase. |
