Abstract: | At the investigation of some properties of the α-amylase and proteinase in the culture filtrat from Bacillus licheniformis MB 80 strain it has been established that the α-amylase activity is the highest at pH 6.0 to 6.5 and at 90°C, that the proteolytic activity is the highest at pH 9.5 to 10.0 and at 70°C and that the proteinase is inactivated at temperatures over 70°C. |
