| Abstract: | In KC1 solution glutamic acid can be directly titrated with standard KOH solution by the appearance of the incision of oscillopolarographic figure to indicated the end point.This method is simple,rapid,accurate and gives the same results as the official method adopted in chinese pharmacopoeia. |
