| 摘 要： | 核糖核酸酶A（RNase A）是脊椎动物所特有的蛋白质家族。除了水解RNA以外,它们还参与细胞成熟、细胞凋亡、血管生成以及宿主防御等过程,在疾病的诊断和治疗方面表现出重要的应用价值。随着人类基因组计划的完成,人们已经发现了13个RNase A基因。本文综述了人类RNase A的酶活性和结构特点,特别论述了其特殊的生物学活性,以及酶活性与特殊生物学活性之间的关系,为进一步的研究和应用提供信息。

| Abstract: | Ribonucleases A constitute a superfamily special in vertebrates.Except for hydrolysis of RNA,they are involved in cell mature,apoptosis,blood genesis and host defense,and show significant values in diagnosis and treatment of diseases.With the completement of the Human Genome Project,13 genes of this family were discovered.In this review,the enzymatic activity,structural properties and the relationship between the enzymatic and special activities were discussed,in order to provide information for further investigation and application. |
