| Abstract: | A specific antiserum to the noncatalytic part of cellobiohydrolase I from Trichoderma reesei was obtained by exhaustion of rabbit antiserum to the native enzyme with its catalytic domain prepared by papain treatment of cellobiohydrolase I tightly adsorbed onto microcrystalline cellulose. |
