Fairy-tale Semantics in the Play of Preschoolers
Abstract:The following study was done within the mainstream of the cultural-historical theory of mental development, which postulates that mental development consists in the assimilation of the tools and instruments of culture. Our main purpose in this article is to describe this process using fairy tales as an example and to answer the question of how the objective semantics of a story becomes a subjective semantics.
