Organization of Mental Activity and the Effectiveness of Learning

The considerable increase in the quantity of knowledge, the rise in its theoretical level, and the greater requirements made on the quality of learning confront teachers with new tasks that cannot be resolved without proper consideration of the capacities of pupils' mental activity. These capacities are the main content of my talk.
