| Abstract: | Staining of fibroblast monolayers with Coomassie brilliant blue R250 provides a relatively easy and fast method for visualization of cytoskeletal elements. Staining of detergent-extracted monolayers improves resolution and provides preparations comparable in definition to those obtained by specific immunofluorescence. |
