糖尿病大鼠海马中NO含量的变化

摘    要:目的观察糖尿病大鼠海马中NOS表达及NO含量的变化,研究糖尿病对海马的影响。方法用Wista大鼠,共24只,随机分成2组,正常组12只,糖尿病组12只,糖尿病组用STZ制模,满12周后,取脑应用生物化学方法、免疫组化及Westernblot技术对大鼠海马进行观察。结果糖尿病组大鼠海马NOS的表达及NO含量较正常组增高(P<0·05)。结论糖尿病可引起海马的病理改变。

Abstract:Objective To observe the expression of NOS and the changes of NO in the hippocampus of DM rats, in order to study theinfluence of DM on the hippocampus. Methods 24 Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: 12 normal rats and 12 rats with STZ DM. 12 weeks later, the biochemical and immunohistochemical methods and Western blot were used to detect changes of NO in the hippocampus. Results NO and NOS in the hippocampus of the DM group was higher than those in the normal group (P<0.05). Conclusion DM may induce pathological changes of the hippocampus.
