摘    要:低能离子在生命科学中应用是道德在中国兴起的1986年,中国的科技工作者研究了低能哼子对生物的诱变效应,并成功地将其应用于植物育种。现在,离子注入技术已被应用于生物改良、生命起源和进化以及环境辐射生物学效应等多个理论和应用研究领域。其中,在植物遗传转化、创造新种质资源方面的成果尤其为突出:通过离子束介导转化法获得了高蛋白小麦、高光效水稻,抗病小麦、水稻、棉花新品质。通过诱变技术获得了多穗型玉米、无融

Abstract:The application of low energy heavy ions in life science started in China.In 1986,Chinese resercher first studied the mutagenic effects of ion beam,and successfully applied it to plant breeding.Nowadays,ion beam implantation technique has been applied to many research fields of theory and application,such as organism improvement,life origin and evolution,radiobiological effect of the environment.Especially the method has accomplished outstanding result in introducing plant transformation and creating new germplasm resources.Through ion beam-mediated gene transferring technique,a series of new lines have been obtained ,for example,high-protein wheat,high photosynthesis speed rice,wheat and rice breeds with resistance to crop disease.Also the method plays an important role in acquisition of multiple-spike maize,apomixic rice and nine new kinds of rice and wheat breeds with high production and quality.With the development of ion implantation technique,there will be of great prospect in cell fusion and genetic maniqulation.
